The Eyre Boardroom Business Central is an online business directory for the Eyre Peninsula region of South Australia. It is designed to help locals and visitors find businesses operating in the region.

2.1 By submitting a business listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business being listed.
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You hold any necessary rights to any images, logos, or content submitted.
• The business listed is a legitimate, operating business.

2.2 All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or edit any listing at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2.3 We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time if it is found to contain inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content, or if the business ceases to operate.

2.4 Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication.

3.1 Business owners and representatives are responsible for the accuracy of their listing content. We do not independently verify the information submitted.

3.2 If you become aware that your listing contains outdated or inaccurate information, you are responsible for contacting us to request an update.

3.3 Users of the Directory rely on listing information at their own risk. We accept no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated listing information.

4.1 Sponsored and featured listing placements are available for a fee as described on the Advertise With Us page.

4.2 Payment terms and conditions for paid placements will be provided at the time of purchase.

4.3 We reserve the right to change pricing, placement options, and availability of sponsored listings at any time.

4.4 Sponsored status does not imply endorsement of any business by The Eyre Boardroom.

5.1 Advertising space is available on the Directory as described on the Advertise With Us page.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that we consider inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the values of The Eyre Boardroom.

5.3 Advertisements are clearly labelled and are separate from editorial or directory content.

6.1 The design, structure, and content of the Directory (excluding business-submitted content) is owned by The Eyre Boardroom and protected by Australian copyright law.

6.2 By submitting content to the Directory, you grant The Eyre Boardroom a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and publish that content on the Directory and in associated promotional material.

6.3 You retain ownership of any content you submit.

7.1 The Directory is provided as a general information resource. We make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information contained in listings.

7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Eyre Boardroom excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from use of the Directory or reliance on any listing.

7.3 Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8.1 The Directory includes links to business websites and Google Business Profiles. These are provided for convenience only.

8.2 We have no control over third-party websites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or practices.

9.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the Directory website.

9.2 Continued use of the Directory after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
