  • Business website URL or Google Business Profile URL

  • Logo and photographs submitted with the listing
  • The name and contact details of the person submitting the listing

When a user browses the Directory, we may collect:

  • Basic usage data such as pages visited and time spent on the site

When a business enquires about advertising or sponsored listings, we collect:

  • Name and contact details provided in the enquiry form

2.How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

  • Review, approve, and publish business listings on the Directory
  • Display business information to Directory users
  • Respond to listing enquiries and advertising requests
  • Communicate with business owners about their listing status or updates
  • Improve the functionality and content of the Directory
  • Send marketing communications about Directory products and services, where you have given separate consent to receive these

We will not use your information for any purpose that is unrelated to the operation of the Directory without your consent.

3.Information displayed publicly

By submitting a listing, you acknowledge and consent to the following information being displayed publicly on the Directory:

  • Business name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Business website or Google Business Profile link
  • Business description, opening hours, category, and social media links
  • Logo and any photographs submitted

Please do not submit any information you do not wish to be publicly visible.

4.How we store your information

Your information is stored securely on third-party database infrastructure on secure servers. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.

No data transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to the Directory.

5.Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

  • Third-party service providers who assist in operating the Directory (such as our hosting and database providers), where those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations
